This one's for the old souls; the romanticizers of life; the ones who want to slow down and read something that is not on a screen.
Freedom in a Fetter exists to encourage you to see that joy, purpose and freedom can still be found in spite of, and often through, the things that bind us.
Each letter is an invitation to unwind. To give yourself five minutes to sip your tea or coffee while you read something you can feel - physically and emotionally.
Each month you will receive:
📝 An intentional essay, designed to encourage you to find meaning in the mundane - freedom and purpose in what is often seen as constraints.
📷 A postcard of an original photo personally taken by me - finding beauty in the ordinary.
Sign ups are open from the 1st of every month until the 10th, and shipped out by the 20th.
(If you sign up on the 11th, you will receive your letter the following month.)

Frequently Asked Questions
When is the sign up deadline?
All sign ups between the 1st and 10th of the month will receive their letter later that month. If you sign up on the 11th, your letter will arrive at the end of the following month.
When is my account charged?
Your account is charged on the day you signed up. If you signed up on the 8th, it will be billed the following month on the 8th. If you signed-up on the 15th, you will be billed the following month on the 15th.
What if my mailing address changes?
Email me directly at hello@chanellekirby.com and I will update your mailing address.
How do I cancel?
Simply send me an email providing your name and the email with which you signed up, and I'll cancel your subscription immediately.
What if my letter never arrives?
Reach out to me and I'll either send you a new one or offer a refund.
Will my letter have a tracking number?
Unfortunately the letters are not tracked in order to keep costs reasonable. (To add tracking would cost more than the subscription itself.) If anything goes wrong in the post, I'm happy to send you a new one!
Are the Freedom in a Fetter Letters sent internationally?
Yes, the Letter Club is available internationally! Though please keep in mind it could take up to 2-4 weeks for you to receive your letter. Shipping in the U.S. is included, but for all orders outside the U.S. there is a $3 shipping fee calculated at checkout.
